These terms are between you and Duke Security, Inc. (trading as Jestr).

The service

FireCerts helps you record inspections and produce certificates. It doesn't inspect anything. You are responsible for the work, for what you enter, and for checking that each certificate meets the standard and any certification scheme you belong to.

Trial and payment

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

Your data

Your certificates belong to you. You can download them as PDFs at any time. Portal links show a site's certificates to anyone who has the link.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for losses caused by the content of a certificate or by the inspection it records. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
